Join us on the first Friday of the month for a glass of wine and meaningful reflection on our latest exhibition The Life and Times of Alvin Baltrop.

Artists Arthur Avilés (dancer, choreographer, and artistic director of BAAD! The Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance), Omotara James (poet, editor and educator) and Pamela Sneed (poet, writer, performer, activist and professor), will offer brief, multidisciplinary responses to the work of Alvin Baltrop, dialoguing with the themes of complexity, struggle, truth, and beauty.

This event is a co-presentation with the Leslie-Lohman Museum
