Join us for a Saturday afternoon of art experimentation at the Bronx Museum of the Arts! Inspired by our exhibit Henry Chalfant: Art vs. Transit, 1977-1987, celebrate the history and spirit of graffiti through family art activities.
Featuring “Benching with Kids,” piece book sessions with writers and dancing with Rokafella, Kwikstep, and Full Circle Souljahs.
Recommended for children ages 4 to 12 with parent / caregiver.
ALSO, stick around after Family Affair for a 5PM screening of Style Wars,(1983) a documentary co-produced by Henry Chalfant and Tony Silver. Chalfant will be present for the showing.
