FELDENKRAIS is an easy, methodical approach to improving the nervous system through gentle movement exercises. Anyone can do it. With its positive effects on the whole system, its applications range from injury recovery, to improving musical skills, to reducing anxiety, etc. This class will introduce basic principles of Feldenkrais through classic group lessons (Awareness Through Movement). Refine your self-image, expand your capabilities, feel better, and discover how, as Moshe Feldenkrais said, "There is no limit to improvement." Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring a yoga mat or quilt - something flat/comfortable for you to lie on. There is also a limited number of mats available.
